To ensure environmentally responsible behaviour is accepted as an integral part of our operations, we specifically undertake to;
- Communicate and consult effectively with our associated businesses, employees and the wider community
- Develop waste management strategies in all our activities and operations by preventing pollution, reducing waste and where practicable committing to waste recovery and recycling as opposed to disposal
- Ensure that environmental management considerations are fully evaluated, costed and detailed in tender bid preparation
- Conduct operations in compliance with local environmental regulations, licences and legislation and exceeding these commitments where practicable
- Educate our employees and contractors on their environmental responsibilities and ensure that this is integrated into their work practices, training and decision making
- Review environmental performance and identify opportunities for improvement
